CMA Conference Policies
Pre-Registration:
In order to receive the early-bird discount, you must send in your registration prior to May 7, 2010. Registrations will be accepted at the door with no discount.
Refunds for conferences:
Refunds can be given if requested up to 48 hours before the conference date. Refunds requested within two days of the conference may be granted at the discretion of the CMA Board of Directors. No refunds will be given for payments received during the conference.
Returned checks:
A $20 fee will be charged for any returned check.
Babies and children at conferences:
Nursing babes in arms may come with mothers to our conferences. We ask that mothers be respectful of the need for others to hear what is being said and go to another room if baby is making noise. Most conferences are not suitable for young children.
Ticket Fees:
You can attend this event for one or both days.
